ORDER OF SIR JOHN CHADWICK
MADE ON 22 FEBRUARY 2012
UPON reading the Claimant's Part 8 Claim Form and Petition
AND UPON the Court making an Order on this date that Siraj Capital (Dubai) Limited be wound up pursuant to Article 50(b) of the DIFC Insolvency Law (No. 3 of 2009) and appointing Mr Shahab Haider as Liquidator of that company
AND UPON hearing counsel for the Claimant/Petitioner
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. Pursuant to Article 56 of the DIFC Insolvency Law (No 3. of 2009), all proceedings before the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts against Siraj Capital (Dubai) Limited be stayed.
2. No new proceedings shall be commenced against Siraj Capital (Dubai) Limited without the permission of the Court first being obtained.
3. The Liquidator has the ability to restore any proceedings against Siraj Capital (Dubai) Limited upon notice to the respective party, if he reasonably believes that it would be in the interest of Siraj Capital (Dubai) Limited to continue with those proceedings.
