IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Claimant shall have permission to amend his Particulars of Claim submitted by the Claimant on 7 May 2018, by 4pm on 24 May 2018.
a.In relation to the proposed claim in restitution at paragraphs 18 to 20, the Claimant shall insert the following text as the second sentence to paragraph 18: “The factual basis of the claim in restitution is premised solely on the Particulars pleaded for the claim under the Loan Agreement set out in paragraphs 5 to 8 above”.
2. The Defendants shall file and serve an Amended Defence by no later than 4pm on 31 May 2018.
3. Liberty to apply.
4. Costs in the case.
