AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Request to Produce
AND UPON the Defendants’ response to the Claimant’s Requests to Produce
AND PURSUANT to Schedule A of Part 28 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (the “RDC”) Document Production Schedule
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Defendants shall produce the Requests 1, 2, 3, 10, 11 and 12 in the Claimant’s Redfern Schedule dated 4 June 2018 by no later than 4pm on Tuesday, 3 July 2018.
2. The Courts reject the Claimant’s requests 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 13 on the basis that there is a lack of sufficient relevance or materiality, there is an unreasonable burden to produce the requested evidence and there are grounds of commercial or technical confidentiality that the Court determines to be compelling.
3. Costs in the case.
4. Liberty to apply.
