IN THE MATTER of an Application (No. 041/2011) made by the Claimant, Anna Dadic, by Application Notice dated 14 July 2011;

UPON reading the Application Notice, the Statement of the applicant dated 14 July 2011 and exhibits attached thereto and the application notice no 031/2011

AND IT APPEARING from the Application Notice and the Statement that the applicant seeks the following relief:

(1) that the Orders made in these proceedings on 7 and 22 June 2011 be discharged or revoked pursuant to RDC 4.7;
(2) that the documents attached to the Application Notice and Statement and therein described as "Final Agreed Orders" be sealed, entered and issued;
(3) that the effect be given to the requests made in application notice 31/2011; and
(4) that an Order for wasted costs be made against the Defendants.

AND IT APPEARING from the Application Notice that the Applicant requests the application to be dealt with without a hearing

AND THE COURT being satisfied that the statement and other documents relied upon by the applicant disclose no grounds for the relief sought

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Application be dismissed.
