AMENDED ORDER OF DEPUTY CHIEF JUSTICE SIR JOHN CHADWICK

UPON the Defendant having filed Application Notice CFI 008/2013/03 ("the Jurisdiction Application"), dated 2 June 2013

AND UPON Deputy Chief Justice Sir John Chadwick having heard counsel for the Claimant and counsel for the Defendant in a jurisdiction hearing for Application CFI 008/2013/03 on 11 July 2013

AND UPON giving oral judgment to dismiss the Jurisdiction Application CFI 008/2013/03

AND UPON amendments being made to the Order of 11 July 2013, in particular the forth direction contained therein

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Defendant's to file an Acknowledgement of Service by no later than 25 July 2013.

 

2. The Defendant's to file and serve a Defence by no later than 15 August 2013.

 

3. The Claimant to file their Reply to Defence by no later than 26 August 2013.

 

4. The costs of Application Notice CFI 008/2013/03 are to be paid by the Defendants assessed on indemnity basis.
