AND UPON the Registry having listed the jurisdiction Application for a hearing before Justice Sir John Chadwick for 11 July 2013

AND UPON the Defendant having filed Urgent Application Notice CFI 008/2013/04 ("Adjournment Application"), dated 9 July 2013

AND UPON H.E Justice Omar Al Muhairi having heard Counsel for the Claimant and Counsel for the Defendant at an in Chambers Application hearing of CFI 008/2013/04 on 10 July 2013

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Defendant's Application Notice CFI 008/2013/04 be dismissed.

 

2. The Jurisdiction hearing before Justice Sir John Chadwick shall remain as listed.

 

3. The Defendant shall file their Skeleton Arguments by 4pm on 10 July 2013.

 

4. There shall be no Order as to costs for the adjournment Application.
