AND UPON considering the Defendant’s objections to the Claimant’s Request to Produce filed on 21 June 2021
AND PURSUANT TO Part 28 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimant shall produce request no. 1 in the Defendant’s Redfern Schedule by 4pm on 26 July 2021.
2. The Claimant’s requests set out in paragraphs 4.1.(a), 4.1.(b), 4.1(c) and 4.1.(d), of the Claimant’s submissions, are denied.
3. Liberty to apply.
4. Costs in the case.
