AND UPON reviewing the Order of Judicial Officer Nassir Al Nassir dated 3 February 2019 denying the First Defendant’s application dated 30 January 2019 which sought an extension of 14 days to respond to on the Claimant’s Application Notice CFI-009-2016/6;
AND UPON reviewing all relevant material in the case file;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The First Defendant’s application is granted, and the First Defendant’s response is due by no later than 4pm on the 13 of February 2019.
2. Costs in the case.
