ORDER OF ASSISTANT REGISTRAR AYESHA BIN KALBAN
UPON the Order of Assistant Registrar Ayesha Bin Kalban dated 12 August 2018
AND UPON Emirates Auctions having concluded the auction for the sale of the Defendant’s assets
AND UPON the report provided by Emirates Auctions dated 15 September 2018 confirming the proceeds of the auction to be AED 50,100 (the “Sale Amount”)
AND UPON the Liquidator’s approval of the Sale Amount
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Sale Amount shall be deposited with the Court by no later than 4pm on Wednesday, 19 September 2018.
2. Further to the completion of paragraph 1 above, the Sale Amount shall be paid out as follows:
a. The amount of AED 25 to be paid to Emirates Auction for their costs in effecting the sale.
b. The remaining amount shall be paid out to the Liquidator.
3. Either party may apply to the Court by no later than 10am on Tuesday, 18 September 2018 to vary any of the terms of this Order.
