UPON the Order of H.E. Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi dated 13 March 2018 ordering that the Defendant be wound up and that Mr Shahab Haider of Sajjad Haider Chartered Accountants LLP be appointed to act as the Liquidator of the Defendant (the “Order”)
AND UPON the Liquidator’s Application No. CFI-009-2018/1 dated 23 January 2019 seeking various orders against Mashreq Bank PSC
AND PURSUANT TO Article 7 of Dubai Law No. 12 of 2004 as amended (the “judicial authority law”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Liquidator apply to the DIFC Courts’ Enforcement department for an enforcement letter to the Dubai Courts.
2. There be no order as to costs.
