CONSENT ORDER
UPON the application No. CFI-009-2022/1 issued by the Defendants on 12 July 2022 to add Fenchurch Faris Limited as a defendant to these proceedings (" Joinder Application")
AND UPON the agreement of the Claimant and Defendant
IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The deadline for the Claimant to file and serve its Reply and Defence to Counterclaim is extended to either:
(a) (in the event that the Joinder Application is not successful) - 21 days from the date of service by the DIFC Court Registry, on the Claimant, of the judgment/order rejecting the Joinder Application; or
(b) (in the event that the Joinder Application is successful) - 21 days from the date of service of the Defence, filed by Fenchurch Faris Limited in these proceedings.
2. The order at paragraph 1(b) is subject to any further direction that the Court may make.
3. No order as to the costs of this consent order.
