CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Order of Justice Sir Jeremy Cooke made at the hearing of 18 October 2023 and issued on 1 November 2023 (the “Order”)
AND UPON the letter from the Defendants' legal representatives to the Claimants' legal representatives of 25 October 2023
AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The deadline set out at paragraph 2 of the Order for the First, Second and Third Defendants to pay, on a joint and several basis, the Claimants’ costs of the EOT Application insofar as they relate to the First, Second and Third Defendants on the standard basis, summarily assessed in the sum of AED 142,000, is extended to 4pm on 6 November 2023.
2. The deadline set out at paragraph 5 of the Order for the First, Second and Third Defendants to pay, on a joint and several basis, the Claimants’ costs of the D1-D3 Jurisdiction Applications on the standard basis, summarily assessed in the sum of AED 210,000, is extended to 4pm on 6 November 2023.
3. The deadline set out at paragraph 7 of the Order for the Claimants to produce copies of such documents requested by the Defendants on 25 October 2023 or raise any objections to such production, is extended to 3 November 2023.
