CONSENT ORDER
UPON the parties agreement to extend the deadline of 26 July 2020 for the Second Defendant to either file an application pursuant to RDC24.11(2) and/or RDC4.16(1), or its Statement of Defence pursuant to RDC9.58
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The deadline for the Second Defendant to file and serve either an application pursuant to RDC24.11(2) and/or RDC4.16(1) or its Statement of Defence pursuant to RDC9.58 is postponed.
2. The Second Defendant shall be required to file and serve either an application pursuant to RDC24.11(2) and/or RDC4.16(1) or its Statement of Defence pursuant to RDC9.58 by the deadline stipulated by the Court in any directions made after an order on the applications heard at the hearing on 2 and 3 June.
3. The Claimants and the Second Defendant shall bear their own costs of this consent order.
