WITH THE CONSENT OF THE PARTIES, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Standard production of documents to be made by each party on or before
4pm, 5 September 2012. [

2. Parties to file and serve any Request to Produce on or before
4pm, 19 September 2012, [
RDC 2011 Rule 28.13]
3. Parties to produce documents in response to Requests to Produce (where there are no objections) on or before
4pm, 3 October 2012. [

4. Objections to Requests to Produce (if any) shall be filed and served on or before
4pm, 3 October 2012. [

5. Hearing to be held within 14 days of Objections to Requests to Produce (upon confirmation by the requesting party that it wishes to pursue its request) (if applicable) and in any event not later than
17 October 2012. [

6. The parties shall comply with the terms of the Disclosure Order (if applicable) within seven days of the Disclosure Order, [

7. Witness Statements are to be exchanged by not later than 4pm, 21 November 2012.
8. Reply Witness Statements (if applicable) are to be filed and served by 4pm, 12 December 2012.
9. Agreed trial bundles to be completed in accordance with Part 35 of the RDC and lodged by the Claimant not later than two weeks before trial. [

10. The trial of this matter is to take place in the week commencing on 13 January 2013, subject to confirmation by the Courts. With an estimated duration of two and a half days.
