PURSUANT TO Rule 36.40 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts, paragraph 2 of this judgment has been amended.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is dismissed.
2. The Defendant shall pay the Claimant’s costs, 50% of which shall be paid by way of interim payment within 7 days pending assessment of the balance, unless otherwise agreed.
