AND UPON hearing counsel for the Claimant and counsel for the Defendants at a directions hearing on 4 November 2020 (the “Hearing”)

AND UPON reviewing the First Witness Statemen of Michael Stewart dated 2 November 2020 and its accompanying exhibits

AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s skeleton argument dated 2 November 2020

AND UPON the Registrar’s orders handed down ex tempore at the Hearing

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Claimant has permission to file and serve its amended Particulars of Claim by 4.00pm on Thursday, 5 November 2020.

2. The Defendants shall file and serve their Defence by 4.00pm on Thursday, 14 January 2021.

3. The Claimant shall file and serve its Reply to the Defence, if any, by 4.00pm on Thursday, 28 January 2021.

4. The Claimant and the Defendants shall file and serve their respective Case Manage-ment Information Sheets by 4.00pm on Monday, 15 February 2021.

5. The Claimant shall file and serve an agreed Case Memorandum, agreed agenda for the CMC, agreed Case Management Bundle and agreed draft order, if any, by 4.00pm on Tuesday, 16 February 2021. In the event that there are areas of disagreement, the Claimant and Defendants shall by the same date file the Case Memorandum, agenda, draft Order and/or Case Management Bundle, outlining in redline the areas of disa-greement.

6. The parties are to file and serve Skeleton Arguments for the CMC, if any, by 4.00pm on Thursday,18 February 2021.

7. The Case Management Conference shall be listed at 10.00am on Monday, 22 Febru-ary 2021 before Registrar Nour Hineidi.
