AND UPON the Claimant’s agreement to grant the Defendants a 14-day extension of time for the filing and service of the Defendants’ experts’ report
AND UPON the agreement of the parties to vacate the Second Case Management Conference (the “Second CMC”) due to take place on 17 August 2021
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraphs 17 to 19 of the CM Order be amended in the manner shown in track changes in Annexure 1 to this Order.
2. The Second CMC be vacated.
3. Costs of the Application be in the case.
