UPON HEARING the parties at a Production of Documents / Further Case Management hearing on 19 March 2013
AND UPON REVIEWING the parties' respective Redfern schedules
AND UPON REVIEWING the parties' Agreed List of Issues
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The documents sought by the Defendant's Requests to Produce items 1, 2 & 3 shall be produced by the Claimant, confirmed by Affidavit by 4pm on 9 April 2013.
2. The Defendant shall instruct legal Counsel to act on its behalf and file a P37/01 Notice of Change of Legal Representative by 4pm on 26 March 2013.
3. The parties are to exchange Witness Statements of Fact by 4pm on 6 June 2013.
4. Any Application under Part 23 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts ("RDC") for evidence by way of Video Link is to be be filed and served with Witness Statements by no later than 4pm on 6 June 2013.
5. A Case Progress Monitoring Meeting is to be listed before the Registrar at 10am on 1 September 2013.
6. The trial is to be listed for four days before Justice David Williams commencing at 10am on 22 September 2013.
7. Costs in the case.
8. Liberty to apply.
