Justice Ali Al Madhani dated 26 February 2014 is denied both for the Claimant's and Defendant's Appeal Notices, on the basis that the Court considers that neither appeal would have a real prospect of success as required in Rule 44.8(1) of the Rules of the DIFC Courts.
