IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Defendant's Application for permission to submit the 'Re-Re Amended Statement of Defence and Counterclaim' filed with the Registry on 17 September 2013 is granted.
2. The Claimant, being the Respondent to the Counterclaim, is at liberty within 2 days of this Order to either submit a 'Re-Amended Reply and Defence to Counterclaim' or submit responses to the Defendant's 'Re-Re-Amended Statement of Defence and Counterclaim' in the Claimant's Skeleton Arguments, or both.
3. The Defendant is to pay the costs of this Application.
