UPON reviewing the Defendant's Application Notice CFI/013/2011/05 filed on 16 June 2013
AND UPON the Claimant's counsel having provided their consent to the Defendant's Application Notice CFI/013/2011/05
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The parties are to exchange Witness Statements of Fact by 4pm on 7 July 2013.
2. Any Application under Part 23 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts ("RDC") for evidence by way of Video Link is to be filed and served with Witness Statements by no later than 4pm on 7 July 2013.
3. A Case Progress Monitoring Meeting is to be listed before the Registrar at 10am on 1 September 2013.
4. The trial is to be listed for four days before Justice David Williams commencing at 10am on 22 September 2013.
5. The Defendant will pay the costs of and incidental to the application for a Re-Amended Order of Justice Sir David Steel, to be assessed if not agreed between the parties.
