CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having agreed to stay proceedings until 11 January 2015 on 28 December 2014 for settlement to be formalised;
AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having then agreed to extend the stay of proceedings on 11 January 2015 until 18 January 2015;
AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having further agreed to extend the stay of proceedings on 19 January 2015;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Court proceedings shall be stayed from 18 January 2015 to 15 February 2015;
2. The Parties shall update the Court by no later than 4pm on Sunday, 15 February 2015 as to the progress of settlement.
