IT IS ORDERED that:

1. The eight words following the last comma in paragraph 32 of the Particulars of Claim be struck out and Exhibit 22 to the Particulars of Claim be removed therefrom.

 

2. The Order of Justice Sir John Chadwick (in private) issued on 17 August 2009, pursuant to the Defendant's application filed on 13 August 2009 for keeping the pleadings confidential ("Confidentiality Order") is continued until further order.

 

3. The Claimant shall be permitted to apply for discharge of the Confidentiality Order.
