ORDER — AMLAK APPLICATION
UPON the First Defendant's application no. CFI 014/2010/19 against Amlak Finance P.J.S.C. and Amlak Sky Gardens LLC ("Amlak") for production of documents pursuant to RDC 28.32 having been struck out by Sir John Chadwick at a hearing on 15 January 2013 on the grounds that the DIFC Courts had no jurisdiction to hear it in the light of Decree No. (61) of 2009 as amended, which had transferred all petitions or claims relating to Amlak Finance P.J.S.C. to a Special Judicial Committee
AND UPON Sir John Chadwick's determination that the First Defendant should pay the Respondents, Amlak Finance P.J.S.C. and Amlak Sky Gardens LLC ("Amlak"), the costs of the application on a standard basis, and that costs would be assessed at a hearing if not agreed by 12 noon on 16 January 2013
AND UPON the Respondents' representative having notified the Registry via email dated 16 January 2013 that it had been agreed between the parties that the First Defendant would pay the Respondents costs in the sum of AED 72,500.00
