UPON the Orders of Justice Sir David Steel dated 23 March and 27 April 2015
AND UPON reviewing the First Defendant’s Application dated 18 May 2015 seeking an order that the Second Defendant make an interim payment of GBP 1,175,000 representing approximately 50% of the First Defendant’s costs
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The Second Defendant shall, within 14 days of the date of this Order, make an interim payment on account of costs incurred up to 23 March 2015 to the First Defendant in the sum of GBP 1,175,000.
The Second Defendant shall pay the First Defendant’s costs of this application on the standard basis to be assessed if not agreed.
