AND UPON the Claimants having filed a Notice of Discontinuance on 10 March 2019
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT:
1.The Consent Order between the Claimant and the Fifth Defendant dated 14 January 2016 be set aside;
2. The Claim against the Fifth Defendant in Case No CFI-014-2015 be discontinued.
3. There be no order as to costs.
