In accordance with Part 13.7 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts ("RDC") and UPON the request made by the Claimant on 21 July 2009 for a default judgment it is found as follows:

1. The Defendant has failed to file an acknowledgment of service with the DIFC Courts.

 

2. The requested default judgment is granted in part.

 

3. The Defendant is ordered to pay the Claimant the following amounts as set out in the claim form:
•    Amount of Claim AED 582, 024
•    Court fee AED 29, 102
•    Total of AED 611, 126
