In accordance with Part 13.7 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts ("RDC") and UPON the request made by the Claimant on 21 July 2009 for a default judgment it is found as follows:
1. The Defendant has failed to file an acknowledgment of service with the DIFC Courts.
