AND UPON being satisfied that the Claimant has a valid Residency Visa in the United Arab Emirates
AND UPON there being no evidence before me providing a detailed breakdown of the Defendant’s costs to be incurred up to trial
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Defendant’s Application is dismissed.
2. There be no order as to costs.
