UPON considering the Case Management Order issued on 24 July 2019
AND UPON considering the Defendant’s Notice of Commencement of Assessment of Bill of Costs filed on 23 August 2019
AND UPON the non-agreement of the Claimant to pay Defendant’s Bill of Costs
AND UPON considering the Claimant’s Points of Dispute filed on 1 September 2019 and the Defendant’s response filed on 22 September 2019
AND UPON the DIFC Court’s Registry recommendation that the hearing be deferred until the Court of First Instance delivers its judgment on the Immediate Judgment Application which was filed by the Defendant on 30 June 2019 and was heard on 29 September 2019
AND UPON the agreement of the parties to have the hearing on the Assessment of Bill of Costs deferred until after the Court of First Instance delivers its judgment in the Immediate Judgment Application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
The hearing of the Assessment of Bill of Costs shall be deferred to a date after the Court of First Instance issues its judgment on the Immediate Judgment Application filed on 30 June 2019.
