UPON reviewing the Claimant’s claim form issued on 6 February 2020 (the “Claim Form”)
AND UPON reviewing the First Witness Statement of Lindsi filed on 6 February 2020, and the Second Witness Statement of Lindsi filed on 27 February 2020, filed in support of the Claim Form
AND UPON reviewing the Defendant’s response filed on 2 March 2020 (the “Response”) as well as the First Witness Statement of Lindsi filed in support of the Response
AND UPON reviewing all other documents on the court file
AND UPON hearing counsel for both parties at a hearing on 22 March 2019
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Defendant is to pay the Claimant the sum of AED 76,256,887.60, immediately, and before 1 April 2020.
2. The Respondent is to pay the Claimant’s costs of these proceedings, to be assessed by a Registrar if not agreed.
3. All other claims are dismissed.
