UPON the parties having agreed to the terms set forth in this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Application for an Order Requiring an Officer of a Judgment Debtor Company or Corporation to Attend Court to Provide Information issued on 12 July 2020 be withdrawn.
2. Application for a Charging Order ENF-148-2020 issued on 29 July 2020 be withdrawn.
3. Application for a Charging Order ENF-149-2020 issued on 29 July 2020 be withdrawn.
4. Application for a Third Party Debt Order ENF-150-2020 issued on 29 July 2020 be withdrawn.
5. The Defendant shall take no further steps in connection with its appeal against the order of the Court dated 25 March 2020 and explained in reasons dated 4 May 2020 amended on 3 June 2020.
6. There be no order as to costs.
