IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Appellant be granted permission to appeal the Order of H.E. Justice Omar Al Muhairi dated 24 March 2019 on the grounds that there is some other compelling reason why the appeal should be heard.
2. Costs shall be costs in the case.
