PURSUANT TO THE Case Management Order of Judicial Officer Maha Al Mehairi issued on 9 September 2019
AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Request for Document Disclosure (the “Request to Produce”) from the First Defendant pursuant to Rule 28.16 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts
AND UPON the First Defendant filing objections to the Request to Produce
AND UPON the handing down of Immediate Judgment against the Second and Third Defendants on 30 September 2019
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The First Defendant shall produce/provide the following to the Claimant by no later than 4pm on Monday, 25 November 2019.
2. Request No. 10 in the Claimant’s Redfern schedule; and
3. Statement of Truth in relation Requests No 1, 2, 5 in the Claimant’s Redfern schedule.
4. The Claimant’s Requests No. 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9,11, 12, 13 are denied on the basis that the Requests are not limited in time and do not relate to a narrowly defined category of documents.
5. Liberty to apply.
6. Costs in the case.
