UPON reviewing the Defendant’s Application Notice CFI-019-2013/5 dated 26 January 2015 and the supporting documents seeking an order that the detailed cost assessment procedure be stayed pending the determination of permission to appeal or, in the alternative, an order extending the period for serving points of dispute on the Claimant;
AND UPON reviewing the Claimants’ response and Defendant’s reply both dated 27 January 2015;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Defendant is granted an extension of 21 days from 27 January 2015 to serve points of dispute in relation to the Claimants’ bill of costs, to be filed and served by no later than 4pm on Tuesday 17 February 2015.
2. Costs of this application be costs in the case.
