DISCLOSURE ORDER OF H.E. JUSTICE SHAMLAN AL SAWALEHI

UPON reading the Defendant's application (No.CFI-019-2013) dated 27 February 2014 for an order for production of documents pursuant to RDC 28.20,

AND UPON reading the relevant documents on the Court File indicated as having been read,

AND UPON hearing Counsel for the Defendant and Counsel for the Claimants

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Claimants shall disclose to the Defendant classes of documents within their possession, custody or control as specified in the Defendant's Redfern schedule in support of the application, from the date of 26 January 2013 to the date of 25 March 2014 within 14 days of the date of this Order.
2. The Claimants' compliance with paragraph 1 of the Disclosure Order shall be verified by a Disclosure Statement pursuant to RDC Rule 28.22.
3. The Claimants are not required to produce documents in respect of which there is legal privilege under the legal and ethical rules of the DIFC Courts and which are otherwise irrelevant. Documents may also be redacted to the extent necessary to protect the identity and personal data of third parties.
