UPON reviewing the Claimants‘ Application No. CFI-020-2020/2 dated 1 August 2021 seeking an order to lift the stay imposed by the Order of H.E. Justice Omar Al Muhairi issued on 9 April 2020 and extended by the Order of H.E. Justice Omar Al Muhairi issued on 29 April 2020 (the "Application")
AND UPON reviewing the relevant material in the case file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is granted.
2. The stay on the proceedings is hereby lifted and the proceedings shall accordingly continue.
3. The parties shall seek to agree between them the immediate next steps to be taken in the proceedings and inform the Court of those steps within 7 days of the date of this Order.
4. In the event that the parties are unable to agree between them the immediate next steps to be taken in the proceedings within 7 days of the date of the order, the Court will issue further directions as to the immediate next steps to be taken.
5. Costs in the case.
