THE JUDICIAL AUTHORITY OF THE DUBAI INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CENTRE
UPON reading Application Notice 67/2010 dated 31 August 2010
AND UPON reading correspondence thereto
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The time for filing a Defence is extended to 25 November 2010 in order to give the Liquidator the opportunity to seek directions from the Court, pursuant to Section 47(1) of the Insolvency Law (DIFC Law No.3 of 2009).
2. If an application for directions pursuant to Section 47(1) of the Insolvency Law is made before 25 November 2010, then an extension of time for filing a Defence will be until further order of the Court.
3. Notice of any application for directions pursuant to Section 47(1) of the Insolvency Law to be given to all contributories.
4. Subject to further order of the Court, the evidence filed by the Liquidator on any such application be disclosed only to the contributories other than the Claimants.
5. The Claimants' application for costs in application 67/2010 be stayed until after directions have been given on the Liquidator's application for directions (if any) on the question whether or not the Liquidator should defend these proceedings or until further order of the Court
