UPON further consideration of this matter and of its own motion
AND UPON the Court directing that the schedule to this Order shall remain confidential to the parties
THE COURT HEREBY DIRECTS THAT:
1. Unless the Claimants request, within 14 days of this order, an oral hearing to settle the terms of the second order to be made following the hearing on 9 July 2012; the said order shall be drawn up and issued in the form set out in the schedule hereto.
2. If the Claimants do request an oral hearing to settle the terms of the said order, that hearing shall be fixed for the first convenient date on or after 26 August 2012.
3. Counsel for the Claimants may attend such hearing (if any) by VCR link upon giving to the Court and to the liquidator's representatives not less than seven days notice of his wish to do so.
4. Liberty to both parties to apply for further directions.
