UPON the Claimant having filed its Part 7 claim form on 6 May 2012;
AND UPON the Claimant having been reminded by the Court on 30 December 2012 that the period for serving the claim form on the Defendant as provided in RDC 7.20 (1) had expired, and that if an application for an extension was not received by 4pm on 14 January 2013, the case would be struck out pursuant to Part 4 of the RDC;
AND UPON the Court having received on 8 January 2013 correspondence from the Claimant indicating that the case had been settled and a request that the Court strike out the application with no order as to costs;
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
CFI 020/2012 be struck out from the Court's list of cases, pursuant to RDC 4.16 (3).
