UPON hearing leading counsel for the Claimants and leading counsel for the Defendant
AND UPON having sat in private for the purpose of hearing a confidential statement agreed by the parties
AND UPON the Claimants’ application under Rule 33.6 of the DIFC Courts (the “RDC”) for the payment out of court to them of the money paid into court in the sum of AED 7,350,000 by the Claimants pursuant to the Order dated 25 October 2017, defined therein and below as the “Security Amount”
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.These proceedings be stayed pending further order of the Court.
2. Permission is granted under RDC 33.6 and the Security Amount shall be returned to the Claimants forthwith, together with any interest accrued.
3. There be no order as to costs.
