UPON hearing counsel for the Claimant and counsel for the Defendant on 4 December 2019 at a directions hearing
AND UPON the reading all relevant documents filed on the Courts file
IT IS ORDERED AND DIRECTED THAT
1.The Claimant shall file and serve its amended pleadings by 4pm on 5 December 2019. 2. The Defendant shall file and serve an amended defence and counterclaim by no later than 4pm on 2 January 2020.3. The Claimant shall file and serve an amended reply to the Defendant’s defence and a defence to the counterclaim by no later than 4pm on 23 January 2020. 4. The Defendant shall, if so advised, file a reply to the Claimant’s defence to the counterclaim by no later than 4pm on 13 February 2020. 5. By no later than Sunday 2 February 2020, the parties shall provide the Court with their available dates for a Case Management Conference.6. The matter shall be set down for a Case Management Conference on the first available date convenient to the parties and the Court on or after 17 February 2020. 7. No order as to costs.
