UPON the Defendant’s Application dated 23 February 2020 (the “Application”), seeking an Order requiring the Claimant to provide security for costs
AND UPON hearing Counsel for the Claimant and Counsel for the Defendant at a directions hearing on 25 February 2020
AND UPON the submissions filed by the parties
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED THAT:
1. The parties shall provide the Court with their available dates for the hearing of the Application by 4pm on 1 March 2020.
2. The Claimant shall file and serve any evidence in response to the Application by 4pm on 8 March 2020.
3. The Defendant shall, if so advised, file and serve any evidence in reply by 4pm on 15 March 2020.
4. The Application shall be listed for a 2 hour hearing on the first available date after 15 March 2020.
5. Hearing bundles and skeleton arguments shall be filed and lodged in advance of the hearing in accordance with the provisions of RDC r. 23.64(2)(a) and (b).
