AND UPON reviewing the Defendant’s Request for Document Disclosure from Claimant pursuant to Rule 28.16 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts
AND UPON the Claimant filing objections to the Request to Produce
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimant’s shall produce the following Requests to the Defendant by no later than 3pm on Wednesday, 27 May 2020:
(a) the Claimant’s shall produce Requests No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 in the Defendant’s Redfern schedule; and
(b) the Claimant shall provide Statement of Truth in relation Request No 6 in the Defendant’s Redfern schedule.
