IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 17 of the CMO is amended to read as follows:
“The trial of this matter shall be listed at 12pm (GST) on Monday, 17 February 2025 with an estimated duration of 2-4 days.”
