IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
Trial Bundles
1. The trial Checklists shall be filed and served by
12pm on 28 July 2013 in accordance with RDC
26.65.
2. The trial Bundles shall be agreed between the parties by 12pm on 28 July 2013.
3. Agreed trial Bundles shall be completed in accordance with
Part 35 of the RDC and lodged with the
Registry by no later than
3pm on 1 August 2013.
Reading List
4. A single reading list approved by both parties' legal representatives for trial shall be lodged with the Registry by 12pm on 11 August 2013, together with an estimate of time required for reading.
Chronology
5. Parties shall prepare a Chronology of significant events cross-referenced to significant documents, pleadings and witness statements to be agreed, insofar as possible, and to be filed by 12pm on 11 August 2013.
Skeleton Argument, Opening Statements
6. Skeleton Arguments cross referenced to the parties' agreed list of issues shall be served on all other parties and lodged with the Registry by 12pm on 13 August 2013.
Trial
7. The trial of this matter shall commence on 18 August 2013 and is listed for 1.5 days.
8. Costs in the case.
