UPON reviewing the Claimants’ Application for alternative service made pursuant to RDC 9.31 dated 23 February 2020 in respect of Mr Opeyemi Olayanju

AND UPON hearing Counsel for the Claimants

AND UPON the Claimants’ undertaking to serve the intended application for interim injunctive relief by the three methods of service set out at paragraph 1 below

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The following means shall each be deemed to be good, valid and sufficient service of the claim form and all other documents required to be served on Mr Opeyemi Olayanju in the above proceedings (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any document required to be personally served), namely:

2. The Claimants shall provide Mr Opeyemi Olayanju with notice of this Order by sending a copy to the email address listed at paragraph 1(a) above and by WhatsApp message to the telephone number listed at paragraph 1(b) above and by courier to the address listed at paragraph 1(c) above.

3. The date of deemed service of any documents sent by email (as per paragraph 1(a)) and by WhatsApp (as per paragraph 1(b)) if transmitted on a business day before 4pm shall be on that day, and of any documents sent by courier (as per paragraph 1(c) above) if delivered on a business day before 4pm shall be on that day. In any other case, the deemed date of service shall be on the business day after the day on which it is transmitted or, if sent by courier, on which it is delivered.
