UPON reviewing the Claimant's Requests to Produce, received on 6 December 2012;

AND UPON reviewing the Defendant's Objections to the Claimant's Request to Produce, dated 14 November 2012;

AND UPON reviewing the Claimant's Response to the Defendant's Objections, dated 18 November 2012;

AND PURSUANT to Articles 28.13 - 28.22 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Defendant produce to the Claimant within 14 days:
a) All emails and correspondence to and from Mr Bryce in relation to (either prior to or after) his meeting with the Claimant Dr. Weir on 28 March 2011;
b) All documents (including but not limited to emails, correspondence and notes) concerning the offer of employment by Mr Kanter to Dr Weir.

 

2. The Courts reject the Claimant's requests 1,4 & 5 for a lack of sufficient description regarding their relevance and materiality.

 

3. Costs in the case.
