IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Injunction shall remain in effect until further order from court.
2. The parties are to file a timetable setting out the deadlines for the Defendant’s jurisdiction application, taking into account that the two applications filed by the Claimant shall also be determined at the hearing listed for the Defendant’s jurisdiction application
3. Costs are reserved pending the outcome of the Defendant’s jurisdiction application.
4. Liberty to apply.
