AND UPON the Claimant’s Application No CFI-023-2021/4 dated 28 April 2021 seeking an extension of time for the filing and service of the evidence in response to the Immediate Judgment Application, and a further extension of time for the filing and service of the Reply to the Defence (the “Extension Application”)
AND UPON reading the documents on the Court file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Extension Application is granted.
2. The time for filing and service of the: (i) Claimant’s evidence in response to the Immediate Judgment Application; and (ii) Reply to the Defence, is extended to 4pm on 4 May 2021.
3. No order on costs.
