ORDER

UPON the application of Shahab Haider of Sajjad Haider Chartered Accountants LLP, Office 8A, Dubai Creek Tower, Baniyas Road, PO Box 3251, Dubai being the liquidator of Tabarak Partners LLP (in liquidation) ("the Partnership") presented to this court on 24 October 2010 ("the Application)

AND UPON reading the affidavit of Shahab Haider dated 24 October 2010

AND PURSUANT TO section 71 of the DIFC Insolvency Law (Law No. 3 of 2009) (the "Insolvency Law")

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. Shahab Haider as liquidator of the Partnership has the power under Article 25(1) and Schedule 3 of the Insolvency Law to enter into a Settlement Agreement between Khuram Hussain, Ziad Naim Baya'a, Andrew Tamplin-Clout, Hussain Saleh Farid
Al-Awlaqi, Shahab Haider as Official Liquidator of Tabarak Partners LLP and Tabarak International Inc on 3 October 2010.

 

2. The costs of and incidental to this application be paid from the assets of the Partnership.
